Twin Cities catering

Passionate about extending compassion and grace, Sharon Copeland offers her expertise in event planning and catering to those experiencing the loss of a beloved family member. Envisioned while working as the food service coordinator at a large church, Serving Grace has become a catering service that links food and memories.

From picking radishes in the garden with Grandpa to "skinning" lutfisk on Christmas Eve with Grandma, food has been an active player in shaping who I am and what I love.

Born and raised in Minnesota by a family that embraced its Swedish heritage, food is centerstage to many of Sharon’s childhood memories. Daughter of a church kitchen lady and restaurateur father, she has spent many years in food service, honing her skills on both sides of the counter. While serving with Converge Worldwide as a missionary in Ethiopia, Sharon lent her food service skills to women's conferences, Christmas teas, Passover meals, theater productions, school fundraisers, and other mission-related events.

Sharon is wife to artist, wood-worker, jack-of-all-trades Don, and Mammi to five children whose amazing accomplishments would create an epic scroll on this page.
